All other countries please call in for a shipping quote. All international customers, please be aware that you are also responsible for the customs/duties fees that will come in a separate invoice from the carrier that is payable directly to them. All pole orders must be signed for upon delivery (please contact us if you would like the signature requirement waived).
PLEASE NOTE: We will not ship expedited or international to any address other than your confirmed billing address.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our goal is to ship within 1 business day of receiving your order, although it may take 48-72 hours to process some orders. Pacific International does not guarantee or promise you to receive your package by any particular date regardless of method of shipping selected. (We have no control over shipping times once the package leaves our facility.) We do not process orders the same day. Choosing 2-day delivery does not mean you will receive your order in two days. It means you will receive it in two business days once we ship it.
Orders shipping to an address other than a billing address or international orders may take up to 72 hours to process. If you are shipping to an address other than the billing address or international you may speed this process up by phoning in your order.
U.S. FedEx ground shipping time varies between 1-6 business days. Canada FedEx ground shipping time varies between 4-9 business days. FedEx Home Delivery department, which delivers ground shipments to residences delivers Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx Ground Delivery department, which delivers ground shipments to businesses delivers Monday through Friday. FedEx Express department delivers Monday through Friday.
Damage claims must be made within 72hrs of receipt of your order.
