During the Limited Warranty period, Lil Mynx’ Dance Poles. warrants that the Lil’ Mynx dance pole 1) is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and 2) conforms to the factory specifications in effect at the time the dance pole was manufactured.

If within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, this Lil’ Mynx dance pole fails due to a defect in material or workmanship,Lil Mynx’ Dance Poles will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the pole free of charge. This warranty applies only to the dance pole itself, not accessories or carrying case. This Limited Warranty does not include normal wear and tear, i.e. scratches/finish.Lil Mynx’ Dance Poles is not responsible for the misuse or improper installation of the Lil’ Mynx dance pole. Replacement parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for thirty (30) days or for the remainder of this limited warranty, whichever is longer.

If this Lil’ Mynx dance pole is used for commercial or rental purposes, this Limited Warranty coverage applies for only thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

Limited Warranty Service is available by returning your Lil’ Mynx dance pole to the original manufacturer in original packaging. All exchanges/repairs must be pre-approved by calling 877-700-7467. Warranty exchanges/repairs will be returned to you via ground shipping. 

This Limited Warranty applies only while this product is used in the United States.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Lil Mynx’ Dance Poles expressly disclaims any and all implied warranties including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and/or noninfringement of third party rights. Lil Mynx’ Dance Poles expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this limited warranty. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited in duration to the term of this express Limited Warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties of limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to the purchaser.

The terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty constitute the complete and exclusive warranty agreement between the purchaser and Lil Mynx’ Dance Poles. No change to the conditions of this Limited Warranty is valid unless it is made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Lil Mynx’ Dance Poles
